Jasna ski resort 14 km 35 € The largest modern winter resort in the Low Tatras in Slovakia is located only a 15-minute drive away. The resort offers 46 km of snowed up slopes, 27 km of them are covered with (artificial)snow for at least 5 months a year. 30 cable cars and lifts operate and people can be transported up to the altitude of 2000 m.
The resort offers variety of slopes suitable for children, beginners and advanced skiers.
Blue slopes 22, red 19, black 8 km. Cable cars and lifts – 30.

Štrbské Pleso 46 km 35 € Located in the High Tatras. It is known to the cross-country skiers as a place where the World Ski Championships was organised in 1970. From that year onwards, the Cross-Country World Cup stages take place regularly.
Surely it is not only meant for cross-country skiers, variety of slopes and a snowpark is available. Blue slopes 4, red 6 km. Cable cars and lifts – 7.
Altitude 1840-1376 m (difference 464 m).

Tatranská Lomnica 63 km 35 € Ski resort located in the High Tatras with the highest and most difficult slope in Slovakia.
If the weather is nice, you can travel by funicular (20€) to the top of the Lomnický Štít. There is a cafe and a viewpoint. Treat yourself with a cup of tea or tatratea and enjoy the magnificent views.
Blue slopes 7, red 4, black 1,2 km. Cable cars and lifts – 8.
Altitude 2196-888 m (difference 1308 m).

Aquapark Tatralandia 4 km 18 € Very big and proper Aquapark. A whole day can be spent in the aquapark in summer. In winter, a bit less. If there is interest in the sauna world – it costs extra.
